ReveCraft
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of ReveCraft, a yarn-crafting companion app and related services provided by Pebblework Labs ("Pebblework Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By using ReveCraft, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ReveCraft.
1. What ReveCraft Provides
ReveCraft helps users organize knitting, crochet, Tunisian crochet, loom knitting, and related craft projects. Features may include project tracking, pattern import and viewing, counters, stash organization, learning resources, and optional assistant features.
2. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of ReveCraft, the content you add to it, and the decisions you make while crafting. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted portions of the app except where law allows, or use ReveCraft to violate another person's rights.
3. Your Content
You may add patterns, notes, project information, images, stash information, and other craft content to ReveCraft ("User Content"). You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant Pebblework Labs only the rights needed to provide features you choose to use, such as displaying your content in the app, processing an import, responding to support requests, or enabling a share/export action you initiate.
You represent that you have the rights needed to import, store, use, and share your User Content. ReveCraft does not give you rights to copyrighted patterns, books, images, videos, or other materials that you do not already have permission to use.
4. Pattern, Learning, and Craft Information
ReveCraft may provide craft instructions, educational content, terminology explanations, gauge guidance, sizing suggestions, and similar information. This content is for general informational purposes. You are responsible for checking pattern math, gauge, sizing, safety, materials, and suitability for your project.
5. Assistant and AI Features
Assistant features are optional and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable responses. Do not rely on assistant output as a substitute for your own judgment, pattern designer instructions, safety guidance, or professional advice where applicable. ReveCraft will not intentionally make persisted changes to your projects, patterns, counters, or stash based on assistant output without confirmation.
6. Accounts, Sync, and Local Data
Core ReveCraft functionality is designed to be local-first. If future versions add accounts, cloud sync, backups, collaboration, or cross-device features, those features may be subject to additional terms or settings. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups where needed.
7. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some ReveCraft features may be free, paid, or subscription-based. Purchases made through the iOS app are expected to be processed by Apple and may be subject to Apple's payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled through your Apple account settings. We do not control Apple's refund decisions.
8. Third-Party Services and Content
ReveCraft may link to or interoperate with third-party services, websites, pattern sources, learning resources, AI providers, hosting providers, or Apple services. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, availability, or accuracy.
9. App Store Terms
If you download ReveCraft from Apple's App Store, Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for ReveCraft or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for App Store-distributed versions of ReveCraft and may enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
10. Intellectual Property
ReveCraft, including its design, software, branding, logos, and original content, is owned by Pebblework Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ReveCraft for your own personal or internal craft-related purposes.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ReveCraft to upload or share unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content; bypass access controls; scrape or extract data at scale; distribute malware; infringe copyright or privacy rights; or use the app in a way that could damage Pebblework Labs, other users, or third-party services.
12. Changes to ReveCraft
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Your continued use of ReveCraft after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using ReveCraft at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to any online or paid features if you violate these Terms, create risk for Pebblework Labs or others, or if we discontinue a service. Local data removal depends on your device and app storage settings.
14. Disclaimers
ReveCraft is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pebblework Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that ReveCraft will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that craft instructions, assistant responses, imports, counters, calculations, or learning content will always be accurate.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pebblework Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost content, device issues, business interruption, or substitute services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to ReveCraft or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Pebblework Labs for ReveCraft in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pebblework Labs from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your User Content, your misuse of ReveCraft, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless your local law requires otherwise. Courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that are not required to be handled elsewhere by applicable law.
