ReveCraft

Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 6, 2026

Pebblework Labs ("Pebblework Labs," "we," "us," or "our") provides ReveCraft, a yarn-crafting companion app for organizing projects, patterns, counters, stash items, learning resources, and optional craft assistance. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use ReveCraft, our related support channels, and our legal website.

ReveCraft is designed to be local-first. Core app workflows should work without an account and without sending your project, pattern, counter, or stash data to Pebblework Labs.

Information You Add to ReveCraft

You may choose to add information such as project names, notes, craft types, pattern files or pattern text, counters, checklist progress, yarn stash details, tool details, photos, learning preferences, and assistant prompts. In the current local-first app design, this information is stored on your device unless you choose to export it, share it, contact us with it, or use an optional feature that clearly sends it outside your device.

Information We Collect Automatically

We do not currently use third-party advertising SDKs, data broker tracking, or cross-app tracking in ReveCraft. We do not sell your personal information.

Apple may provide developers with aggregated App Store, crash, subscription, or purchase information depending on your device settings and Apple services. Our static legal website may also generate basic hosting logs through Cloudflare or similar infrastructure, such as request time, IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security, abuse prevention, and site reliability.

Assistant and AI Features

ReveCraft's assistant is assistive and optional. It may help explain pattern rows, translate UK and US terms, suggest gauge or sizing adjustments, and answer craft questions. The current implementation uses local responses for basic help. If a future version uses an external AI provider, ReveCraft will make that clear in the app before sending your prompt or selected context to that provider.

Assistant responses are informational and may be incomplete or incorrect. ReveCraft will not intentionally modify your saved projects, patterns, counters, or stash data through AI output without asking you to confirm the change.

Purchases and Subscriptions

If ReveCraft offers paid features, purchases and subscriptions on iOS are expected to be processed by Apple. Apple handles payment card details. We may receive purchase status, product identifier, subscription status, renewal status, and similar transaction information needed to unlock paid features and provide support.

Support Communications

If you email us or contact support, we may receive your name, email address, message contents, attachments, device details you choose to provide, and any app information included in your request. We use this information to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, improve ReveCraft, and maintain records of support interactions.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve ReveCraft, save your app state locally, respond to support requests, maintain security, debug crashes, comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Use, and develop features users expect from a crafting companion app.

How We Share Information

We share information only when needed to operate ReveCraft and related services, such as with infrastructure providers, Apple services, support tools, analytics or crash tools if introduced in a future version, legal advisors, or authorities when required by law. We may also share information when you direct us to do so, such as exporting a project or sharing a pattern-related note.

Your Files, Patterns, and Craft Content

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to import, store, use, or share any pattern, image, PDF, text, or other content you add to ReveCraft. We do not claim ownership of your craft content.

Data Retention

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, delete the app, erase your device, or otherwise remove it through device backup and storage settings. Support communications may be retained as long as needed for customer support, recordkeeping, legal compliance, and business operations.

Your Choices

You can choose not to provide optional information, delete local app data, uninstall ReveCraft, decline optional assistant features, and avoid sending pattern or project details in support requests. Device-level settings may also let you manage notifications, photos, files, iCloud, analytics sharing, and other permissions.

Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection related to personal information we control. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To make a privacy request, contact us using the details below.

Children's Privacy

ReveCraft is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information we control. No app, device, website, or transmission method is completely secure.

International Use

Pebblework Labs may process information in the United States or other locations where we or our service providers operate. If you use ReveCraft from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as ReveCraft changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the effective date, posting the revised policy, or providing in-app notice where appropriate.
